If the heat exchanger fails within 5 years of installation on LX models, or within 10 years on premium models, optional furnace replacement may be provided instead of heat exchanger replacement.*

Important Registration Requirements

* Lifetime compressor and heat exchanger limited warranties, Complete Assurance Limited Warranty, and 10-year Parts Limited Warranty require online registration within 90 days of installation. Otherwise, warranties revert to standard coverage, including 5- or 10-year compressor coverage, 20-year heat exchanger coverage, and 5-year parts limited warranties.

All YORK® products include a written limited warranty on parts. This warranty states that a replacement part will be furnished for any covered part that fails during normal use and service within the applicable warranty period, subject to the warranty terms. Your authorized YORK® Contractor can review warranty coverage and available options for the products you select.
